Tara offers a wedding package that includes lodging, rehearsal dinner, security, facility fee, and access to the kitchen for caterers.

The natural courtyard located between the lodge dining area and the conference center is a perfect outdoor location for your wedding. With connected walkways and decks on three sides for musicians or your reception, your guests can enjoy a beautiful setting for your special day.

Wedding Package
Wedding reservations can be made from February through May or August through September.
Our wedding package includes
- Rehearsal dinner is prepared for 40 guests
- Additional guests can be added at $23/person
- Lodging: 10 rooms for Friday and Saturday night in Tara’s main lodge
- Additional rooms are available at $140 for double occupancy or $100 for single occupancy
- Refrigeration and ice for caterers on wedding day. Access to kitchen for food preparation
- Security for wedding day
- Assorted tent sizes are available for rent from Tara
Reception
Hold your wedding reception in our inviting lobby of our 5,700-square-foot conference center, or set up tables and a reception area in the outdoor covered decks and walkways surrounding the courtyard.
All wedding day food is to be provided by wedding party. Your caterer may utilize the refrigeration in the main lodge and the kitchen area for food preparation. Ice will also be available.
Lodging
Rooms are available at Tara’s main lodge and nearby cabins, which can accommodate up to 65 people. Our wedding package reserves rooms in Tara’s main lodge for Friday and Saturday nights. Each room has two queen beds and a private bath.
