The conference center can accommodate up to 65 guests with space for each to work.

The Center’s uniquely decorated lobby is the perfect spot for evening socials and welcome gatherings. Guests may use the breakout rooms, shaded decks, or outside seating for smaller gatherings or to continue discussions.

We will guide you through the process of coordinating, scheduling, and organizing your event. From helping you pick the rooms for your attendees, to selecting the dinner, we’ll be here to help you along the way.
Each group has a dedicated Tara Staff Member assigned to assist in all activities and with any issues that may arise during your event.

Our cabins and lodges are situated along the Mississippi River with 7,000 acres of walking trails, hardwoods, ponds, and oxbow lakes. There is so much to explore!
Guests at our lodge or cabins can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities while at Tara. Pricing is available upon request and reservations must be made in advance.
In addition, there are a lot of attractions nearby that you may wish to visit including museums, outdoor recreation, art sites, musical heritage sites, sports sites, and more.
